Sylvain started his career as a chef over 15 years ago and has notably been the head chef at Experimental Menorca, Caché, Amagat and he is the executive chef of Tuba Club, in Marseille. Sylvain’s ability to create not just a menu - but an entire experience - is what leads the team in every project.

Delaney’s background in architecture brings an entirely different eye to each one of Corner Lab’s projects. She works on all aspects of design - the architecture itself, menu design, photography and graphics - to tell the full story of our food experiences and endeavors.
